Beachport is a small coastal town in the Australian state of South Australia about 311 kilometres (193 mi) south-east of the state capital of Adelaide and about 34 kilometres (21 mi) north-west of the municipal seat in Millicent, located at the northern end of Rivoli Bay. Semaphore Beach is your classic Adelaide beach, complete with white sands and family-friendly shallows. It's a great spot for a day of fun and relaxation. As you walk through the dunes, you'll find a wide sandy beach leading to the water. There's also a vast green foreshore, about two kilometres long.
