Built in 1990 the Coode Street Jetty is in front of the Boatshed Café and Restaurant. The beach to the west of the jetty is a landing place for windsurfers that have been hired out from this spot for over two decades.

It's much cheaper than buying bottled water and kinder for the environment. It is a very easy walk, just keep vigilant of cyclist and joggers by keeping left. The flat marked footpaths make this walk very wheelchair, pram and bike friendly too. Coode Street Jetty is a nice little jetty located on the South Perth foreshore to the left of the Coode Street Boat Ramp. Coode Street Jetty and foreshore area The primary purpose for the jetty is so vessels can load and unload, however this jetty is also a great little fishing spot. The Coode Street Jetty walk, along the South Perth foreshore is a great place to start, as it is totally flat and you can stroll along the footpath at your own pace.

Coode St Jetty is situated next to the small boat ramp at the end of Coode St in South Perth. There is a restaurant at the base of the jetty and the public toilets are on the boat ramp side of this building. In the vicinity there are plenty of open parklands, beaches, picnic tables, BBQs and children's playgrounds. boat ramp 100m East with supporting car park. Coode Street Jetty was served by Transperth services from Barrack Street and occasionally via Mends Street until services ceased on 30 April 2005 due to lack of patronage. It is included in potential stopping places by the 2016 commencing Little Ferry Company.
