Awesome that a brain slug is back there. It may die if on Fry's head, but on Rick it could live an eternity. There's a lot of parallels between these two shows. The episode were Rick has the micro universe powering his battery immediately reminded me of Bender having a micro universe growing on his ass. Brain slugs do not appear to have eyes of any detectable type, instead assimilating the host's senses as its own. Therefore, the slug would likely not be affected on its own. However, there is the question of second-hand hypnotism. The slug appears to be in total control of the host, hijacking and feeding off of a person's brain.
