LATAM, the multinational carrier with subsidiaries in several nations, officially unveiled on Thursday in Lima, Peru, its first Boeing 767 with a new business class and a refreshed economy cabin. Very impressive, indeed. While many gripes are made about 2x2x2 seating in business class, this is certainly one of the better offerings. Ideal for couples, with central aisle seats best for solo travelers - the seats are extremely well padded and very inviting. They don't look advanced, but they're a delight to sit in.

LAN Business Class IAD-LIM does offer fully lie flat seats. I was in seat 2A. I was pretty tired by the time we boarded and got ready to take off, since after a slight delay it was nearly midnight, but of course I "had to" have dinner first. The seat was comfortable and did lie fully flat. The entertainment options were fairly standard.
