Jetstar has cancelled our flight from SG-Perth, I chose them bec of bad reviews on Scoot. SIA and Qantas are expensive for family of 4 so imagine how much we saved for Scoot so we are taking a chance and hoping for positive experience. We travelled a lot and use budget airlines most of the time here in EU and fortunate we never had bad. I like Scoot because they genuinely try to find solutions for your business, rather than just trying to sell new services all the time, which may or may not be useful. Nice people too - always helps! They changed the departure time and closed the check in early with NO customer service for rebooking and we were among 20+ passengers who missed the flight with no recourse. The Seat. Scoot Plus seats on board the Dreamliner are large comfy leather seats, 22 inches wide. They have double the legroom than Economy. For me, this seat was definitely worth the $200 upgrade for an 8-hour flight. The seat does recline 6 inches and has a tray table that folds out from the arm rest. Despite the company's fault, I had to agree, but the payment did not go through my bank cards and I had to return the can of water. The entire 2.5 hour flight I was dying of thirst due to the poor performance of Scoot's team. This is the most terrible flight of my entire life! There is no service at all!
