Tuscan terrace Review of Sirromet Wines Reviewed March 26, 2017 Food over rated and expensive. The chicken Parmigana was an over kill of taste of the tomato paste flavoured sauce, the soggy chips and breadcrumb coating. Simply horrible! Overall experience..This dish had only one flavour shining through which is the tomato paste intensity. Sirromet has long been a local institution in the Redlands. Set in the bushy surrounds of Mount Cotton, Sirromet boasts a cellar door, cafe, fine dining restaurant and functions facilities. Last year they added the Tuscan Terrace restaurant to their portfolio. Its taken us a little while to get round to visiting but it was well worth the wait.
