South Beach Perth Tourist Centre
South Beach is popular amongst people and tourists of all ages, and it's become a hub for people looking for something a little different to the old cappuccino strip styles of Fremantle proper. Its median sale prices and weekly rents, while on the up, remain more manageable compared to some coastal areas further north. The West Coast Highway is a 22km scenic drive which starts at Cottesloe and heads North past many of Perth's best beaches. These beaches are also the ones that are the closest to Perth, and the ones I have concentrated on here. All of Perth's beaches have heaps of free parking although time restrictions apply (generally 2-3 hours).
