The Vicki Wilson Championship and Boys Open is the premier netball competition for secondary schools across Queensland. Three age divisions are offered; Cup (Years 10-12), Shield (Years 7-9) and Boys (Years 7-12). 2024 VICKI WILSON COMPETITION MANUAL 3 1. ELIGIBILITY OF TEAMS 1.1 This is a school-based Netball competition for students in years 7 - 12, all competitors must be an enrolled student in the school they are representing. 1.2 A school may enter a maximum of two (2) teams in the Vicki Wilson Cup and Vicki Wilson Shield each.

Canterbury College continued their recent domination of the Vicki Wilson Championship with victory over Somerset College in a keenly contested Cup grand final on Saturday. The 1st Netball team secured the bronze in the Vicki Wilson Cup. Vicki Wilson State Titles Review - 1st Netball Team. Filled with tight and contested games, the 1st Netball team secured the bronze medal in the Vicki Wilson Cup State Championship for 2022. The girls consistently achieved success on day one, with four out of four dominant wins. Boys and girls teams were in action over the course of the day with places in the state finals of the Vicki Wilson Cup (girls grades 10-12), Shield (girls grades 7-9) and Boys Open (grades 7-12) going to the winners. The state championships will be held at Brisbane's Nissan Arena on August 4 and 5.
