The Abomination Vaults is an excellent adventure, but like all adventures it is meant to be built upon. Any playthrough will be different, just as every group is different. Every GM will do things a little differently. This is how I did things. I have collated most of the changes and additional content I included in my Abomination Vaults game. The player's guide provides a lot of background for Otari, and there are a number of characters for your players to interact with. I have done a lot of "on-the-fly" creation for these characters' mannerisms or conversation, but a lot of this is basic improvisation. Say yes to the players within reason.
