Bursting with authentic Kerala flavours of curry leaves, black pepper, fennel seeds and tamarind. Create the unique and complex flavours of a Kerala curry. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan over medium heat. Add onions and 1/2 tsp salt and saute for 7 minutes, until softened and translucent. Add minced ginger and garlic, chiles, and curry leaves and cook for another 3 minutes. Stir in turmeric, chili powder, coriander, and pepper and saute for 2 minutes. Add spice powders from 12 - 15 and roast for a minute in very low flame. Add chopped tomato, mix with the roasted ingredients and cook till tomato is mashed well. Add cooked beef and potato curry to the mashed tomatoes and mix well. Put the lid on and cook for 5 more minutes in low flame till all the masala is combined with beef well. Move your mixture to a slow cooker, along with bite-sized beef, curry leaves, and water. Cook on low in your slow cooker for about 8 hours. Remove the curry leaf stems afterward. To thicken this dish, add a bit of corn flour (about 1 tablespoon) with 2 tablespoons of tap water in a small bowl.
