With Ben and Jerry's recreating their own flavors to make ice creams with every mix-in and swirl combination possible, as seen with flavors like Totally Unbaked, Chocolate Milk and Cookies, and Peanut Butter Half Baked, Ben and Jerry's should do something similar with Phish food. Ben & Jerry's just launched a vegan version of its popular Phish Food ice cream. The non-dairy dessert includes chocolate ice cream with marshmallow, caramel swirls, and fudge fish, just like the original. Certified vegan, halal, and gluten-free, the plant-based ice cream combines an almond milk base with coconut oil and soy protein.
Now, Ben & Jerry's is teaming up with Phish again to release a rich, sort-of-brand-new flavor called "It's Ice…. Cream," named after the 1991 Phish song, "It's Ice.". The ice cream will be accompanied by gift items, the proceeds of which will go to the band's charitable organization, the WaterWheel Foundation. But first and.
