SOBCR is a small Border Collie Rescue based north of Newmarket in York Region. All dogs available for adoption are assessed for a period of at least two weeks, spay/neutered, vaccinated and vetted prior to adoption. SOBCR takes in dogs from Ontario and Quebec only, and does not place dogs in homes outside of Ontario or general.
