Charles Noel van Sandwyk (born 1966) is a Canadian artist, illustrator and writer. [1] Background[edit] Born in South Africa, van Sandwyk was exposed to art from an early age, as his father was a graphic designer. Charles is a painter, a writer and an illustrator. He is most well-known among collectors for his limited runs of beautiful hand-made books featuring poetry or anecdotes and whimsical philosophy accompanied by delicate and entertaining artworks in pen and ink, watercolours, and etchings.
