The loftlike atmosphere makes for a great conversation spot, but the real reason to check out Citizen is the crepes. Citizen is a very cute cafe in the eastern part of lower Queen Anne with crepes, sandwiches, and a careful selection of inexpensive wine (bottles of which are absurdly low-priced and available to go).
