Cream woodwork: IMO, cream kitchens look best when all woodwork — cabinets, baseboards, door and window moldings — are painted cream, just as though, once upon a time, they were painted white and yellowed with age. White walls: I think it's best when your walls are white. It was the enamel paints (those used on trim) that yellowed most.
