Each camp site has a firepit with cooking grill top, and a picnic table. Enjoy a complimentary bundle of firewood upon your arrival. This is one of the best spots for a lakeside picnic or stroll on the beach in three counties. I'm not sure if it's run by Manistee County or one of the local townships, but it features three things, all of them spectacularly nice: a wooded bluff overlooking Lake Michigan with benches, picnic tables and hibachis; a very nice little trail system; and the beach, on which you can walk for miles.
