It was wonderful to see everyone on June 3 for Pitt Meadows Day - so many familiar and happy faces. A special thank you to our community, partners, sponsors, donors and volunteers. This fun-filled celebration is a beloved tradition and included all our favourite activities including a pancake breakfast, parade, artisan and exhibitor market. Pitt Meadows Day will see some major changes this year including a change of venue, parade route, and a drone light show. This year the event will be held at Pitt Meadows Athletic Park, a venue that will offer more parking space and event space, the city announced on Monday, Jan. 8. It will mean that the parade route will now begin at Harris.

PITT MEADOWS, BC - The City of Pitt Meadows is announcing exciting changes to the annual Pitt Meadows Day event for 2024, including a new event location, updated parade route, and the introduction of a drone light show. "Pitt Meadows Day is a beloved community tradition, celebrating 83 years in 2024!" says Mayor Nicole MacDonald. "We are looking forward to making this time-honoured. It will still be recognized on June 5, 2021, and Mayor Bill Dingwall said a line-up of fun activities is planned.
