As a solo traveller they were so attentive and kind to me. We absolutely love the Royalton brand. This was our first time of experiencing Diamond Club at St Lucia Tui Coach Transfer - Journey time is 90 mins direct to the hotel.

First the good stuff: flights out and back in premium Economy were excellent, replicates business class for 1/4 of the price: good food, good service, good seats etc. Now the bad: The Royalton was a complete let down. NOT a 5 STAR. Tired rooms, unless you pay £440 per couple for an upgrade into the "Hideaway".
