It is a birding hotspot in Hamilton and is home to nesting terns and swallows. Description This is a short loop that takes you through a bird sanctuary within the industrial district. It is very flat and easy. Access via the parking lot off Eastport Drive. The trail is wide and the open-field parc features informative signs about the wildlife of the Windermere Basin.
