I had Breakfast Café Eiles TWICE! It comes with an egg, ham, prosciutto, Emmental cheese, bread, juice, and melange (€12.80). If you're staying in Vienna for several days and are tired of going to a touristy restaurant, I highly recommend that you try Café Eiles.
