Ingredients 25 DIPS with Thermomix Preparation Natural tomato dip with thermomix If we want to do something in 2 minutes that serves as a snack and is at the same time extremely healthy, a natural tomato dip can be a magnificent option here. Pea hummus with Thermomix Hummus has become one of the most successful Arabic dishes in the world. Ingredients. 1 can artichoke hearts (approx 14 oz), drained. 4 oz Parmesan cheese, cut into pieces. 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into pieces. 2 garlic cloves. ½ oz shallot, halved. 1 oz olive oil. 10 oz frozen spinach leaves, defrosted and drained (see Tip) 8 oz cream cheese, softened. Place the cucumber, garlic and herbs into the Thermomix bowl. Chop for 3 seconds, Speed 8. Remove from the Thermomix and squeeze out any excess liquid with paper towel. Place back into the Thermomix bowl. Add the Greek yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Mix for 5 seconds, Speed 4. Place the cheese into the Thermomix bowl and grate for 10 seconds, Speed 8. Add the softened cream cheese, chopped spring onions, mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce to the bowl. Mix for 20 seconds, Reverse, Speed 4 (or until smooth). Taste and add extra mayonnaise or sweet chilli sauce depending on your flavour preference. Place the garlic, edamame beans, peas, and broad bean in the internal steaming basket. Add 800gm water to the TM bowl. Place the steaming basket into the TM bowl and steam. 10 min/Varoma/Speed 3. Remove the steaming basket and discard the water from the TM bowl. Step 1. Grill the eggplant on your BBQ or using a naked flame on your gas cooktop. Cut in half and pop into the oven to cook completely. Step 2. Place the garlic cloves into your Thermomix bowl and mix. Step 3. Remove the skin from the cooked eggplant and mix. Step 4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Step 5. Cook for 11 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1. Allow the onion mixture to cool for 5 minutes (remove the Thermomix lid) before adding the cream cheese and vegetable stock. Mix for 20 seconds, speed 4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for a further 5 seconds, speed 4 or until combined. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
