Sheep and goat. The feta is mostly sheep milk. Goat cheese is made with goat milk. Of course, Feta has a nuttier, tangy, and salty taste. Most of it is brined in the curing process. Both kinds of cheese are a great source of vitamin B. However, feta is a better source of vitamins B6 and B12. Goat cheese is crumblier cheese. Combine eggs, cottage cheese and a tablespoon of flour (optional) with salt, pepper and thyme and mix well. Place the drained zucchini, cheddar and feta into a pie dish and pour over the egg mixture. Allow to bake until golden and puffed then remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before serving.

Leeks What is the difference between a Crustless Quiche and a Frittata? While they may seem very similar, the main difference between the two is the texture. And a simple ingredient. Quiche is an egg-based custard dish with added vegetables, cheese, and sometimes protein. Preheat oven to 375F. To make crust, add flour and salt in food processor. Add cold butter and pulse until it resembles coarse meal. Add 6 tablespoons of ice cold water and pulse a few times. The dough should be beginning to clump together. Turn it out onto a floured surface and knead into a ball. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, yolks, half and half and remaining 1/4 t. salt. Remove crust from refrigerator.
