Here is a bourbon that for over 20 years hasn't gone up in price that much compared to many of its peers. Priced at $35 a bottle, it seems like this should be a great value for a bourbon in today's marketplace. That said, the market is much different from when Woodford Reserve Distiller's Select was first introduced in 1996. Woodford Reserve Distiller's Select is my go-to Bourbon. I drink it with just a small splash of distilled water and sip—sip—sip. Nose, palate and finish—for ME—are as good as some of the so-called premium bourbons. Nice butterscotch-caramel nose with just enough oak on the palate to give a nice slow finish—really enjoy it and would.
