Atelier Alain Ellouz introduces .édition, its collection of alabaster luminaires designed for easy installation and use. Handcrafted, and always one of a kind, these new pieces reflect the classic Atelier Alain Ellouz style with their contemporary lines and timeless material. NOMADIC LAMPS TABLE LAMPS PENDANT LIGHTS WALL LAMPS FAMILIES ARCHITECTURE Our backlit alabaster walls become genuine works of art; our interior panels slide in front of windows and play with light and their subtle transluscency. Our sculpted and engraved ceilings provide a rhythm, creating illusions of perpectives. Our fireplaces and monumental walls imprint their magic. Atelier Alain Ellouz is located near Versailles in France, and has a 35-person team. As a result of one success after another, our modest workshop is now burgeoning. In 2014, a showroom opened in London, followed by another in New York in 2018. A new professional showroom is set to open soon in Bièvres, in the Paris region. Blocks are extracted from quarries, then carefully selected, sculpted, sanded and fitted with an internal light. PENDANT LIGHTS Our Edition pendant lights are luminaires that defy the laws of gravity. Small or large, alone or in a composition, the weight of alabaster stone is lightened by their harmonious and balanced forms, as if they were floating in the air.
