Emmaus is great for furniture, books etc but not quite so much for clothes. The vintage and kilo shops are not usually run by charities. It's not that French aren't generous with donating but charity shops for clothing are not that common. Paris is a great place for second hand clothes. 10. There is a good charity shop with vintage clothing, books, etc., in Auteuil in the 16th arrondissement.
