Panna cotta is an Italian dessert traditionally made of cooked dairy cream, sugar, gelatine and vanilla. It's widely popular all over Italy - and around the world - where it's served with 3 main toppings: caramel, chocolate and mixed berries. Panna cotta has a pudding-like consistency, not too soft and not too firm. Ingredients for this vegan dessert Though many panna cotta dessert recipes include gelatin, this one uses agar agar instead. Agar agar is a jelly-like powder derived from algae. It's tasteless and works wonderfully for this recipe! In addition to agar agar, we'll be using some easy and delicious ingredients as outlined below:
Panna cotta à l’agaragar au Thermomix
Quick & easy & SO delicious! It's a simple yet elegant no-bake dessert perfect for warmer weather and berry season! Too hot to do much cooking? Make it an Italian-inspired (almost) no-cook meal by pairing with our Heirloom Tomato Panzanella Salad, Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Pinwheels, or Vegan Ricotta & Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Salad. 1. In a small container (for example 1/3 cup) mix well the sugar and agar-agar 2. Place the cream in a saucepan with the sugar mix and vanilla seeds 3. Mix well with a whisk and heat to reach about 80 °C (175 °F). Cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium-low heat 4. Place in 4 different silicone molds and let rest in the fridge for about 4-5 hours. Instructions. Very lightly grease the moulds you'll be using for your panna cotta. Combine all the ingredients except for the vanilla and salt in a medium/large pot. Whisk to combine, then place on the smallest hob/burner over a medium-lot heat. Stir intermittently and continue to cook your cream mixture. Instructions. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, ¼ cup of sugar, agar agar powder, and vanilla extract. Whisk the ingredients to ensure that the powder and sugar get completely dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer the mixture for at least 3 minutes.

Remove from the heat and divide mixture between 2 serving moulds. Pour the mixture through a mesh sieve in order to retain cardamom seeds and agar-agar leftovers. Let slightly cool, then transfer to the fridge to set. This panna cotta requires about 2 hours of cooling time to harden. Raspberry Coulis. Combine raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until the berries begin to break down (about 3-4 minutes). Puree the mixture in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and discard the seeds. Store in the refrigerator. Ingredients Goats Cheese Panna Cotta 600 g double cream 400 g goat's milk 6 gelatine leaves 400 g soft goat's cheese, strong flavoured, rindless 1 pinch fine sea salt 1 pinch ground white pepper Beetroot and Port Jelly 150 g beetroot juice 150 g port 50 g maple syrup 2 gelatine leaves 1 pinch fine sea salt, or to taste Gorgonzola panna cotta. 90 g Gorgonzola cheese, cut into pieces (2 cm) 400 g full cream milk. 300 g pouring (whipping) cream ; ¾ tsp agar agar powder (see Tips) Pear and walnut salad. 30 g macadamia oil ; 1 tbsp lemon juice ; 1 tsp Dijon mustard ; 2 pinches sea salt, to taste.

Panna Cotta. Add the almond milk, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and agar agar powder to a saucepan. Whisk to dissolve the agar agar. Cashew panna cotta. 100 g raw sugar ; ½ vanilla bean, cut into pieces (2 cm) 200 g raw cashews ; 2 ½ tsp agar agar ; 1 tbsp sunflower oil ; 500 g water ; Raspberry sauce. 30 g raw sugar ; 200 g frozen raspberries, thawed, juice reserved 20 g lemon juice (optional). Instructions. Mix milk and sugar and heat it low flame. Once sugar dissolves complete, add the agar agar powder and make sure it mixes well. Keep stirring the mixture either using spoon or with a metal whisker. Now add the heavy cream, vanilla and condensed milk. Keep stirring in low flame and let all the milk incorporate.

Instructions. In a small saucepan, whisk the turmeric powder , cinnamon , ginger , black pepper and agar agar powder into the tiger nut milk until dissolved. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
