1. BioShock The best games are able to create a never-before-seen setting and weave a completely engaging story into its DNA. One series beats almost all others out for its environmental. 10. I liked the setting, but overall I found the fetch quest aspect of it to be pretty boring. Bioshock 2 (just finished replaying actually) gets a lot of hate, but is a solid sequel. It refines some gameplay mechanics and introduces a few new ones that work really well in universe.
