NH is European theme. Gardern Rivers from Green Cities is pretty decent, as is Arid Plains from Mass Transit. Green Peaks from Industries is ok too. Eden Valley is a good map(but it may be from the Green cities DLC iirc). It has ocean access, river, trains etc, all resources and the terrain is suitable for big cities . But i agree with the guy that said terraforming is the way to make better maps and personalize them.
