Park Hours are 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM in-season and 4:30 off-season. The gorge area closes at 5:00 PM in-season. People at the bottom of the waterfall must start walking out at 5:00 PM in order to get back to the parking lot and be out of the park by 6:00 PM. Pets are allowed but must be on a leash and under control. Cummins Falls is the 8th largest waterfall in Tennessee. Hiking and swimming are the favorite activities in this park.
