That's the review. Nose: Grassy Beam character with a healthy dose of green apple, freshly-mown grass, and fresh corn kernels. The dominant note on the aroma is tart: that green apple almost turning into lime juice. There is very little of the expected rye profile: no cinnamon, no clove, and only a hint of anise. Let's start the review. Taste - Score 10 out of 35 On the nose, there are definitely aromas of oak and caramel, which seems ok.. the problem for me, begin once this hits the palate. So much burn. There are hints of spice Smoothness/Finish - Score 5 out of 25 Medium finish with lots of burn. There's a slight green quality to the rye here, more rye grain than rye bread.
