However, numerous factors undermine Necrozma-DW's effectiveness to the point where there are barely any viable options for it to use. Lunala is a Psychic/Ghost type Pokémon, just like Hoopa Confined. It doesn't have a lot of resistance and dual-type Pokémon bring to mind quadruple weakness. But this Pokemon isn't so bad. Lunala's Ability is Shadow Shield which "reduces the damage from damage-dealing moves when HP is at maximum". If this cuts damage by half like Multiscale, then it would definitely be powerful!
