lucifer s01e05 maze real face seems like she showed it to trixie in a moment of vulnerability and trust; we know trixie is the first friend she ever makes and is one of the only people she loves. when Maze lowers her guard she can consciously allow her true self to show. lucifer also can show his devil face / eyes voluntarily like when he's trying to scare someone he wants to punish or he needs information out of them.
Maze's Demon Face. Mazikeen. I love Maze's Demon face, it was such a big part of her character in The Sandman, I'm a little surprised we don't see more of it. I'm just wondering if the Lucifer comics ever go into it and explain more about her face. I thought it was simply a yin and yang thing, but recently I noticed something. Maze leans into Chloe and you see her Demon face through the mirror. it's pretty easy to miss if ur not paying attention but i rlly wish we saw Maze full form Demon. The older face looks more similar to what it did in the comics. That's part of the shows charm though, it looks goofy sometimes but thats part of the fun.
