A Weapons MIU Interface is really just the equipment for mounting and controlling a weapon through a Mind-Impulse Unit. Either you have an MIU or you don't. Aside from that, I really don't see it as that much of an issue, and my "restrictions" are more "makes sense" than actual balancing efforts. This is an "issue" that has never cropped up in.
