Hi, I just used A Card Against Humanity in the Ultra Greed room while holding the rib of greed and got all brown poops :( I also spammed an IV Bag + Fanny Pack, and saw only 1-2 golden keys, no gold hearts and no gold bombs. I then spammed a D20 and saw a few more golden keys, no gold hearts and no gold bombs. All with the Rib of Greed being held. Has anybody found out what Rib of Greed does yet? I've breaken the game on greed mode, with the d6, d20, placebo pill + luck up, 48 hour energy and full life, Habit, fanny pack and mom's box, mom's purse, among a lot of other items.
