Basically ends up being shikamaru masturbating but at the same time naruto is forced to do the same to himself without any power over it, like his hands aren't his own. Naruto leads a squadron of his own to retake the Land of Grass from an occupying force in a world at war. It's a Naruto story first and foremost, but Shikamaru appears as Naruto's second-in-command, acting as both a foil and a sounding board for a lot of Naruto's ideas.
