AWVR 777 (CP 9777 painted over) Description: The consist for the Denzel Washington movie "Unstoppable" is seen parked on the WNYP's Allegany siding siding near the Olean yard waiting for shooting to start on the WNYP's Buffalo Line. AWVR 767 (CP 9758 painted over) is on the other end of the train. The locos used for 777 and 767 went back to the Canadian Pacific, and the locos used for 1206 and the other SD40-2s went back to the W&LE. AGuyFromMaryland • 3 mo. ago. both 767 and 777 are CP (or i guess CPKC now) units, 767 is 9758 and 777 is 9777. 1206 was actually 2 different units, WLE 6353 and 6354. All of AWVR's SD40-2s are W&LE units. Phase IIIb (red & yellow) - Derived from Phase III, this was originally exclusive to 777 ("Lucky Sevens / The Beast"), when it was purchased by AWVR in early 2009. The boxcar (part of 1206's 25-car consist) that AWVR 777 smashed through was a plywood replica. In the original script: AWVR 7375 & 7346 were a pair of AWVR (Allegheny & West Virginia Railroad) EMD SD40-2 locomotives driven by Judd Stewart. These engines tried to stop AWVR 777 and AWVR 767 but the two old-age EMD locomotive were no match for the Modern GE's massive horsepower and ended up derailing in a siding, causing a fire.
