Dolcetto Rosé is a blend of Dolcetto grapes and other grapes like Barbera, Freisa, Grignolino and Nebbiolo. It is a dry wine with fruity flavors of red berry and cherry. The taste of this wine is not that soft, it has slightly higher tannin levels. The texture is dry with flavors of raspberry and red fruit. Our Dolcetto! This is a bi-coloured rose consisting of shades of lilac, which gives it a powerful lilac look. Dolcetto! has a good vase life, opens beautifully and is ideal for bouquets.
