The Manafication change is pretty good and something I suggested at around the time Stormblood launched (better late than never, I guess). I still think they should have separated Engagement from Displacement; the shared cooldown makes as much sense as making Elusive Jump share a cooldown with Jump/High Jump and feels just as shitty. In most fights it's more ideal to use Manafication earlier than it is to hold onto it for an entire other set of rotations just to get that guaranteed proc. From what I've seen floating around, 60/60 and above is the threshold where it's better to just wait, though some do 70/70 instead.
