Ma'had Al-Zaytun atau Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Al-Zaytun adalah sebuah pondok pesantren yang terletak di Desa Mekarjaya, Kecamatan Gantar, Kabupaten Indramayu, Jawa Barat. Pesantren ini merupakan usaha dari Yayasan Pesantren Indonesia (YPI), yang memulai pembangunannya pada 13 Agustus 1996. Masjid adalah inti dan pusat kegiatan seluruh penghuni Ma'had Al-Zaytun (MAZ). Di kampus ini santri dilatih dan dibiasakan hidup beribadah, melaksanakan salat baik itu Isya, Subuh, Zuhur, Asar dan Magrib secara berjamaah, sekaligus berdisiplin dalam tradisi kepesantrenan, namun hidup dalam suasana dan manajemen modern.
