The Ontario GEN II SP46 is a fixed blade knife in Ontario Knife's Spec Plus line of knives designed by Dan Maragni. As GEN II name suggests, the SP46 is now in its second generation, and is quite an excellent knife for the price. Ontario's Spec Plus line of knives is their "value" line of affordable knives. The SP46 features a black powder coated 5160 steel blade and a Kraton handle for a superior grip. Included with the knife is a black nylon sheath for carry. The Ontario SP46 Gen II Knife, designed by Dan Maragni, is a full tang flat grind knife made of 5160 high carbon steel with a generously sized Kraton grip (there is also a Sabre grind version of the knife labeled the SP47.)
