Oppressor Plutonium is Professor Utonium's evil counterpart, and also the creator of The Powerpunk Girls. Oppressor Plutonium has a similar build to Professor Utonium, except that Plutonium's hair is swept back and messy (opposed to Utonium's neat, flat hair), he also has a stitch across his right cheek touching the tip of his nose, an eye patch covering his left eye, and a soul patch on his chin.
