Are you serious about Recreational Nukes? Conservative here. While I absolutely think everyone should own a gun (I think they should be sold as easily as groceries) I can't get past the idea of private nukes. They can inflict so much damage in such a short amount of time. You can wipe out entire cities in a moment. Since there are a limited number of nuke blasts (recreational or otherwise) the atmosphere can handle before the fallout and nuclear winter turn the surface into an uninhabitable wasteland, then there's clearly is a market demand to NOT detonate radioactive nuclear weapons. That demand can be supplied. A market of anti-nuclear detonation is born.
