Nabhi Chakra is the center which controls or manifests outside in the gross as Solar Plexus. Nabhi Chakra has two sides: one is the left, another the right, and one in the center. So on the left hand side is the Gruha Lakshmi, on the right hand side is the Raja Lakshmi or Gaja Lakshmi and in the center is the Lakshmi which ascends into Mahalakshmi. Thank you! Nabhi Chakra is situated behind the navel region. This center corresponds to the Solar plexus, which gives us the power to sustain things within ourselves.This center governs the function of digestion and assimilation and looks after stomach, intestines and part of the liver. When enlightened by the Kundalini, the Nabhi chakra gives us our spiritual ascent, righteousness and inner sense of morality, and complete balance at all levels in our life. The Void Surrounding the second and the third chakra is the Void which stands for the principle of mastery (guru principle) within us. The third energy center, Nabhi, is responsible for digestive processes and metabolism. It works with the Swadisthan and Void as an integrated unit ensuring a harmonious physiologic environment in our body by controlling the abdominal organs.

SAHAJAYOGA Physical functions regulate 3rd chakra - Nabhi This chakra gives us generosity, absolute satisfaction and contentment. The main principle of this chakra is peace on the left side. Clearing this chakra relieves a person from stress and tension. On the right hand side, it rules our liver, which represents our attention and power of concentration.
In physical terms it corresponds to the solar plexus, the Nabhi is responsible for the innervation of the diaphragm, stomach, small intestine, part of the large intestine, kidneys, adrenal glands, pancreas, spleen, part of the liver and gall bladder as well as the lymphatic system. Place on hand: base of fingers and outer ring on palm. Manifestations: fanaticism, fantasy, false gurus, faulty sustenance. Void affects the Nabhi chakra in particular and also Swadisthana and centre heart. Element: Water, fire. Within the instrument, the void is the gap between the Kundalini and the vagus nerve of the parasympathetic system.
