Making an 8 inch Square Christmas Cake Asked on 5 Nov 2019 by kah22 I may be cutting it a bit tight this year but over the next few days I'll be baking a number of Delia's Classic Christmas Cake This year I'd like to do a square one. Am I correct in assuming I will need an 8 inch (20cm) for this purpose. This year I have to make a larger one but notice that your brilliant 'scaling up' section doesn't include a 9 inch square tin which is what's required!
