RadReport.org is a free library of templates based on best practices that enable you to create consistent, high-quality reports. There is wide consensus that the clinical report is an essential tool that radiologists provide to patients. The ideal report should be uniform, comprehensive, easily understood and readable to humans and machines alike. RadReport templates are intended to provide examples of best practices for diagnostic reporting. Users of RadReport are welcome to download the published templates and to create templates for their personal use. As of December 2022, RSNA is not currently reviewing submitted reporting templates or publishing new templates on RadReport.org.
