The Briksdal glacier is an arm of the 486 square kilometer Jostedal glacier, Europe's largest. The glacier is situated at the end of one of Norway's most beautiful valleys, surrounded by tall mountains and impressive waterfalls. At the foot of the glacier lies a small turquoise lake, which feeds the river rushing alongside the path to the glacier.
