[1] However, he did not appear outside comics until half a century later in Batman: The Animated Series. It unfolds when a kidnapped Harvey rejects Rebecca March's offer to become a power couple and lead the Owls. However, he lets Two-Face out, hoping the villain would figure out how to stop Rebecca from blowing the city up, and murdering Harvey's daughter, Duela. But when Two-Face attacks Rebecca, she throws chemicals on him near her lab desk.
