This review is about Lloret de mar as a place and not particularly about the beach. Me and my boyfriend traveled to lloret de mar for 8 days end of April 2013. our hotel was a b&b which we werent aware of until we arrived we had no pool or bar. the transfer took 3 hours from Barcelona! horrendous we were the last couple off the bus. The gorgeous views of Lloret de Mar. I love going somewhere without having too many previous expectations. This was my expereince with Girona and Costa Brava. Before visiting, I knew only two things-- the Costa Brava tourism board was making a large effort to promote the area, and that many bloggers had already visited this part of Spain and everyone seemed to have loved it.
