Oliver Twist is a spunky little kid who misses his Mum, and like many of the other kids here wants more for his belly, and indeed from his life. The film takes its time to meander through it's beautiful soundtrack, wonderful sets and costumes but ultimately delivers on its promise of a sugary-sweet tale of a boy growing up in desperately hard.
