Ingredienti. 300 gr di farina 00; 3 uova; 160 gr di zucchero di canna; 100 gr di burro; 4 cucchiaini colmi di miele (millefiori oppure acacia) 150 ml di latte intero; 1 bustina di lievito per dolci; 5 mele fuji o golden (scegliete quelle più dolci) succo di un limone; Spalmatele aiutandovi con un cucchiaio. Disponete le fettine di mele una accanto all'altra lungo le strisce. Ricopritele con un altro po' di miele. Stendete la pasta sfoglia su un piato di lavoro e tagliatela realizzando 6 rettangoli. Disponete ogni rettangolo su una striscia di mele e miele e fate aderire premendo leggermente con le dita.
